Returns
Items must be received back to the store NO LATER THAN 14 days from the date you received your order. Plan for 5-10 days for transit time. Items must be returned in their original condition. This includes but not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying the item on, alterations, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes must not be damaged so you must ship in a separate box than the shoes come in.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, some exceptions do apply at our discretion.
NON Refundable items
Items on Clearance meaning anything that is on discount are final and cannot be returned.
Shoe's with a damaged box will not be returned.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective in any way it is your responsibility to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by either, phone, email or facebook. No exceptions!!!
Incorrect Order
If you receive your order with incorrect items or missing items it is your responsibility to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by either, phone, email, or facebook. No exceptions!!!
Refund Type
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment with a receipt AND must be within 14 days of purchase date. After 14 days up to 30 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days we will not except returns.
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES FROM ONLINE PURCHASES, If you need a different size you must place a NEW ORDER.
Return Information
Please include your packing slip with your return or a note stating what you are returning to include: Name, Email, Order number, Item Description, Reason for return. If you do not include these items it will delay your refund.
